Mountaineer Field Hockey Schedule

 

Preseason begins 8-17-09 and physicals for field hockey are 8-11-09 from 6:45-7:45 @ the Middle School.

Pre-Season Information 2010

Preseason begins 8-16-10 and physicals for field hockey are 8-10-10 from 6:45-7:45 @ the Middle School.   All Players MUST have a physical in order to participate in the first day of practice.

The weight room is open every morning  during the summer from 9-11 a.m. Monday through Friday.  Players are encouraged to lift and work out 3 days a week.
We are going to Team Camp at World Camp USA.  Any player that has not received this information and would like to sign up should see Coach Snyder

ESU also holds an excellent day camp for any girl that is interested in attending a camp closer to home.  Please see Coach Snyder for information.

We will hold our annual Field Hockey meeting April 28th at 5:30 p.m. at the field hockey trailer for all players entering grades 9-12.  At this meeting we will give out all summer work out programs and preseason information.  Please listen to the announcements at school for more dates and times.

The Stroudsburg Field Hockey Team will host its Middle School field hockey summer league beginning the first week in June.  Games are played on Monday nights and open to girls in 6-8 grade.  Please see Coach Ortoski or Coach Fantozzi for more information or to sign up.

The High School field hockey team will be participating various tournaments and the Whitehall Summer League (TBA).  Any questions, please see Coach Snyder
