Library Procedures 2005-06

Library Hours: 7:20 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. 
 
Students are reminded to sign up for research passes prior to period 1. 
 
Borrowing policy: three books per student (except reference books, which do not circulate). 
 
Borrowing period: three weeks 

Penalty for overdue materials: ten cents per day with a maximum fine of five dollars.

Mr. Bill Lowenburg

Mr. LowenburgBill Lowenburg has been at Stroudsburg High School since 1996, where he is the librarian and supervises the photo workshop club. Holding Master’s degrees in education and library science, Lowenburg taught American history for fifteen years before becoming a librarian. Bill also teaches graduate classes in information literacy and digital photography for Wilkes University, and is a frequent presenter at professional conferences. Bill’s photography and writing have been exhibited and published internationally. His critically acclaimed first book, Crash Burn Love: Demolition Derby, was published in 2005, and featured in Library Journal, Popular Photography, and other magazines in the United States and abroad. Bill is available as a presenter and consultant for community organizations and projects involving photography, art, reading, and writing.
